Our Process
What Is Dental Direct Billing?
Direct billing allows Altitude Dental to submit an insurance claim directly to your insurance provider following your appointment.
When permitted by your plan, the insurance provider pays its approved portion directly to the clinic.
You are responsible for any deductible, co-payment, treatment amount above the plan’s fee guide, or remaining balance not covered by your insurance.
Direct billing can reduce paperwork and make the payment process more convenient, but it does not guarantee that a treatment will be fully covered.
